I have been assisting some invididuals who live at these apartments for 6 yrs and these apartments kept in immaculate shape . There is office nearby and handyman is on duty during working hours if you need any repairs , they are done very quickly ,sometimes in the same day or next day . I personaly had expirience reporting washer dryer fridge kitchen sink and toilet and it was fixed promptly. Staff is very friendly and courteous . We've been very happy here. Owners take wonderful care of the homes and respond to any issues quickly.
Great place to call home. Management is friendly and quick to address any issues, and the upkeep is great. Since it's located slightly off the main road, traffic noise is significantly reduced, making sitting on the lanai quiet and relaxing. The living area is spacious, as well as the bedrooms with plenty of space for guests (if you use one of the bedrooms for a guestroom). Our neighbors are quiet and approachable.
