Lakeview might be all that fancy but it’s the employees of Emerald including myself that are the ones who make it such a delight to care for those residents! Giving them the love, support, and attention that they all deserve
This facility needs major help
I brought my Dad home from Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lakeview on May 5, 2023, after a 5 week stay. He came home with me on hospice and died on May 11, 2023. The OT (Jess) was very good and kind to my father. PT was also good. But that is where it ends. My Dad was a total care patient. He had some dementia and was recovering from a fall that he sustained while in respite care at the VA CLC. The fracture had been discovered at the St. Francis ER.
