We had a wonderful experience with Emerald Moving. They moved us from Lebanon to Medford without any issues. The guys were quick and efficient. Sandy in the office was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Misquoted my move, left so much damage, ripped my weather stripping and gouged my door frame and my hardwood floor. Gave me 100 off the bill without allowing me to approve the amount. Told me they'd send a repair man out and when I called to schedule I was told the $100 off was instead of repair. Movers got lost between houses and expected me to pay drive time anyway.
Hired emerald over the summer to move us a mile down the road. They disappeared for over an hour while I waited for them to meet me at the other place, and did not answer any calls. I guess they decided to take a long lunch, (that we paid quite a pretty penny for) and when they did show, didn’t start unloading for over an hour. I called several times to complain, never got a call back. We also reported they busted holes in our walls while moving our furniture, and no one ever emailed back either after several times. blocked my and several other parking spots at an apt complex i live at. i told them id be back soon and they made me wait more than necessary wasting my gas and time. parking where its not allowed at the apt complex... unprofessional and rude. the apartment complex forbids this type of parking. other moving companies made arangements to not inconvenience nearby neighbors by accessing a parking lot with the contact of the office which is open during the weekends. i let them know they could do that and they continued to block ... read more
