I do not recommend using Emerald's services. Shelley Murray, CMCA is not experienced as she pretends to be. I should have known something was off by how little the employee before me lasted. She told me it was the employee's fault and I thought nothing of it and joined her team. I learned that it was not the employee's fault but Shelley's as she has difficulty managing multiple buildings, does not get back to resident's concerns or questions timely, blamed me for not taking action and then blamed me when I did take action on... read more
We are a Condo Association and were one of the First to join Emerald Management. Being in the Management business is a people business.. We have been pleased with the over all service from Emerald.. I would give them a 4.5 Star rating.
