Poor customer service and late response to emergency. Our Condo had a keyless entry and we weren’t given a key just in case. The Keyless entry didn’t work at 9:00PM and we were locked out of our place. Took almost an hour to get someone to assist and it was some guy who acted like we had inconvenienced him. There were also ants, roaches, and palmetto bugs in our condo. It was barely cleaned when we moved in. This was all on a place we have rented for the last 5 years, not to mention they jacked the price up $800 for the week... read more
Great monthly rates in the winter...basically the same as a week in the summer! Plus great dog-friendly cottages!
