I have held on to my words long enough, I have lived in my unit for 4 years and today was the day that I’ve had enough of the way this property is ran. Warning do not move into any of Emerald Housing apartments. Unfortunately my daughter and I lived in one of there apartments for 6 years because I didn’t have any money to get out of there sooner. They are slum lords and always need to get inside your place and they always threaten that if they can’t get in it’s a $150.00 fine. The building that I was living in had squirrels in the walls that they came in through holes in the building from outside. One got in my place and my cat chased it back through the hole.
