Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything that was done to fix the problem. Also showed me some things I could do in the future. Would definitely recommend this company.
Emerald is a great company and I highly recommend them. Bobby, Bree, and their summer apprentice (can't remember his name) found my problem right away (a plugged condenser drain) on my interior unit in the attic. They are very prompt, friendly, professional, efficient & knowledgeable. They had my AC problem fixed in a little over an hour.
