Emerald is a great company and I highly recommend them. Bobby, Bree, and their summer apprentice (can't remember his name) found my problem right away (a plugged condenser drain) on my interior unit in the attic. They are very prompt, friendly, professional, efficient & knowledgeable. They had my AC problem fixed in a little over an hour. A/C went out in Friday night. Called Saturday morning and they were here by noon and had it repaired and running in about 20 minutes. Had to replace the start capacitor. Bree was nice, friendly, and got the job done quickly. Will definitely use again and recommend.
