We had been searching for a replacement hot tub and were planning on purchasing a different brand at a Costco show. We stopped at Emerald first, then went to the store showing at Costco. The salesperson in store presented with the idea we could get no customer service. We went to Costco and decided to go and purchase from Emerald. Emerald provided great customer service and communication throughout the process. Huge thanks to Darlene! Also thank you to the delivery guys. They were great!
