once in lifetime experience. had spent all day all over looking for the perfect thing, finally arrived here and Siva took care of us beyond. each piece he showed us was better than the last. ultimately went with a gorgeous gray pearl choker that he made additional custom earrings out of on the spot. fair price. 11/10 would recommend

Went to the shopping center for a different store and found Emerald Gem Exchange and was mesmerized by all the gems/crystals and jewelry! Siva was so helpful and kind, a friendly conversation goes a long way and he made my friend and I feel very welcome! Left with a gorgeous necklace and a new reason to come back to DUMBO :)
