Rude and threatened to call the police because I use profanity towards their employee when they try to control the situation wouldn't reimburse my $40 for my last night stay after staying for 4 night gives me 3 nights having to relocate my space because they didn't come to ask me if I was staying they just booked that space and told me I had to move very disrespectful
Oh my gosh, I don’t even know where to begin!!! This place was absolutely stunning. We booked thru Expedia, which didn’t give us the correct options to fill out, but we just rolled with it. when we arrived, the guy behind the counter said, “well, since you have kids, I really want to upgrade your room for no extra fee. So, this will be your new cabin.” And oh my goodness!!!!! His kindness and the beautiful-ness of this room blew me away. We had three bedrooms, a nice bathroom and hot coffee to wake up to. Loved loved Emerald Forest stayed in a cabin was clean and warm the view out of the window was amazing big redwoods looked like something from a National geographic magazine 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Can’t wait for our next visit.
Great place!..management is top notch! They were very accommodating to our scheduling needs!
