I went to Emerald Eyecare to get a new contact lens prescription. Dr Denny was very personable and knowledgeable and provided me with a thorough exam. As part of my lens fitting I expected to receive a pair of trial lenses but wasn't offered any. A few days after my exam I received a survey to fill out to rate my experience. In my survey I mentioned that I was disappointed to not receive a trial pair of lenses. Dr Denny personally responded to my survey and offered to send me a trial pair.
