Best Escrow in town – Emerald escrow was my first escrow back in 1978, since them I had used them in all my transactions as much as possible. I used them for all my Commercial, apartments, land, short sales deals, Debbie Brooks is an amazing escrow officer at Emerald escrow, very instructive, she always elaborate to explain any questions from clients and myself. I LOVE EMERALD – I have used Emerald Escrow for REOs, short sales and now the sale of my person home. I have found them to be very helpful, honest and get the job done. I have shopped around for different escrow fees and theres seem to be average and or better than most. I would suggest them to all my fellow realtors and family.

one deal gone bad – The owner has her nose so high uo in the air u can see her brain. She is smart, smart like a fox and her biggest concern is what;s in it for her. She does hire pretty girls who most all were pretty smart too,but in the 6 or 7 escrows I've done with Emerald Escrow in Corona I didn;t have one that wasn't srcrewed up, even one time getting the wrong vesting. One cost a lot of money and I think the owner was in cahoots with the other partySeek other companies.

Expensive fees. Extra / excessive charges. Make up new names and all kind of fees normally not charged by most other escrow companies. Illegal practice. Unethical. Need to have California Realtor Association investigation. Not comply with the laws. Over charge customers.
