Made an appointment on Monday with the owner. Gave me an appt for Friday at 3. He never showed never returned any of my calls or texts. UnVeruunprofessional and put us in a very tuff spot since we're moving this week.
Adam was extremely responsive and was able to help us out in a pinch. We will definitely be using Emerald Elite again for anything related to our carpets and upholstery. Thank you again Adam!
