whatever – Managers dont do sh1t, but it was a somewhat quiet place to live and the apartment was gigantic. Grounds were well kept, parking is good, area isn't Lake Oswego but its safe and there's a winco and Gym real close. It is basically 1 stoplight from both 205 and 84 which was the highlight. Apartments are in good condition. Get reciepts because they skrewed me out of $50 for late rent on my deposit which was a bunch of sh1t. Lots of families live there so getting laundry done is a nightmare.
