I would like to take a moment to recognize and commend Santiago Navarro Asst Property Mgr, Rachel Acosta Leasing Consultant & Marie Alaniz Resident Service Coordinator at Emerald Cove Senior Apartments in Huntington Beach. Their professionalism and positive attitude make such a difference. They go above and beyond to make seniors feel comfortable, respected and valued. Their hard work and compassion truly does not go unnoticed. I love my forever home!!
Sorry, I do not know the name of the newer maintenance man. However he did a great job repairing my outside electrical outlet. He was fast, efficient and professional. So thank you, I will learn your name ☺️ sadly they did not keep that maintenance man on staff.
The repair of my kitchen sinks went very well. Special thanks to Brandon in Maintenance and to Sandra in Management at Emerald Cove Apartments for responding quickly to my service request.
