Amazing staff. Marina is on point. Reported a washing machine out of order, no lie, was fixed within 20 mins. As with any rental complex you need to pick up a phone and talk to someone to get things done. Don't rely on anyone else to fix your concerns but you
Communication with management. They do not read minds. They did not build the complex. So, have patience. Follow up with them. They are humans and have families. Yes, things do happen. Good, bad, ugly. It's a part of life.
