Recommendedthis place is strictly on donations they received no state or federal funds so if you could donate to help keep the doors open and take care of this precious little ones please do so. the animals that they do have their they've only been open a year it's very clean in the people there are very friendly the animals look like they're well taken care of that's what I lived to see after all it is for them.
Friendly staff. Open on Sunday. They will call and let you release the rescue if it survives.😀
My son and I really enjoyed our visit today. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed that the outdoor area offered seating at each animal area. It was a little too warm for us today (there is shade available) to have an extended visit but we have already talked about coming back when it's cooler so we can sit and watch the animals. It is small but you are helping to support a great facility.

We rescued a injured opossum and transported it to ECWR and the young lady was very kind and welcomed the opossum. So nice to have a place like this locally for our wildlife.
