It was the worst place I ever rented from. A hot water pipe busted outside and I had to sue them to get them to pay for it. Then they evicted me after that because they were mad at me for suing them!

Worst rental company ever I'm so thrilled that I left. My roof was leaking for almost 2 years along with a broken window front door would not shut and my duplex had mold all around the water heater My daughter got sick and I. Best customer service ever
WORST property management company ever. They never respond to maintenance issues (slum lords). Horrible customer service, rude staff, and good luck waiting on responses to complaints. Property looks run down, neighbors are out smoking weed, loud, trash everywhere and management does nothing about noncompliance in reference to the rules outlined in the lease. You come home everyday to an uncomfortable environment. They allow residents to do drugs and smoke in the dwellings, so imagine what your place smells like daily. They h... read more
