I am currently and have been renting a property home for 3-4 yrs now! We have been charged for inspections that have never happened. We have put in NUMEROUS service requests and all are being ignored! The neighbors tree fell into the shed and took out the edge of the roof and it’s leaking inside! The shed door is broken and rotted out! The laundry pea pipe drain overflows from being rusted out! I have had the best experience at Colony Park. Nikki has been a God sent, truly. I feel like God put her into my life. I had come across so many questionable places and people trying to find an apartment out here. And then I came across this place and Nikki was wonderful from the jump. I’m so thankful that this was my first apartment experience moving out here to Pensacola. Anything that went wrong Nikki made sure that it was taken care and down properly. She and her team have been amazing and I will be forever grateful.

My Property Manager, [Mrs Nikki At Colony Park in Pensacola Florida ], is the best. She works with you, is great at communicating with you, and is very professional. She did her best to respond for any questions or concerns, even after the office was closed. Mrs.Nikki is impressive and the best Property Manager I've ever dealt with!!!!
It was the worst place I ever rented from. A hot water pipe busted outside and I had to sue them to get them to pay for it. Then they evicted me after that because they were mad at me for suing them!
