My Property Manager, [Mrs Nikki At Colony Park in Pensacola Florida ], is the best. She works with you, is great at communicating with you, and is very professional. She did her best to respond for any questions or concerns, even after the office was closed. Mrs.Nikki is impressive and the best Property Manager I've ever dealt with!!!!
It was the worst place I ever rented from. A hot water pipe busted outside and I had to sue them to get them to pay for it. Then they evicted me after that because they were mad at me for suing them!

Worst rental company ever I'm so thrilled that I left. My roof was leaking for almost 2 years along with a broken window front door would not shut and my duplex had mold all around the water heater My daughter got sick and I. After my boyfriendand I broke up, I had become financially unstable and I was even threatened about my rent payment.
