Answering operator named Catherine or Cathleen was rude.
Mrs. Theresa at the front desk is always so kind and considerate. She remembers me everytime I come in. This beautiful woman is a key as to why I have not switched to Rainbow yet. She always finds a way to squeeze my sick babies in without having to go to aftercare.
Never had issues and always was in and out at the 19th St location. Also, Theresa was awesome in helping us with medical paperwork after we had to relocate overseas. Thank you!!
