I would give them negative star if possible. The weekend started off with a prompt delivery, but terrible after that. The liner on the main slide part of the Rip Curl is held in place by velcro, conceivably for easy replacement rather than wear through the inflatable skin. The fuzzy part that the velcro connects to on the slide was incredibly worn down so the velcro, and thus the liner, would not stay in place. I would give them less if I could. I would NEVER use them again. I know a lot of people and they will not get their business either. They lied to me and cancelled my order for more money. They took the one I ordered (2 MONTHS in advance) for a church because they was renting it for the next 4 weekends. Can we say LOW.
