They delivered the trampoline so dirty, smelling a mold and with a fire ants inside. I got bad comments from my guests and I took pictures and recorded videos but they still saying it looks good. Holly crap! Run away from there!
I only got the bounce house because it matched the theme for my sons birthday which was Disney Cars. They told us that the adults couldn't get on the bounce house so I went in just to see why because I weigh the same about 11 year olds do , well the bounce house is more of a soggy house ..it seems that it couldn't keep air in it..they were convenient and early but the value of the product isn't good �
My son had the best time of his life thank you so much! Friendly office workers, delivery guys were very professional and cleaned the slide before they left. Will rent one again soon! Highly recommend.
We rented this slide from emerald coast party rentals across the street from Tommy Thomas when the slide got to our house yesterday it was so dirty we had to personally clean it with bleach water. Today when the kids started arriving for the party the kids didn't even want to play on it because the velcro scratched them where the slide wouldn't fasten properly at the bottom of the slide it was all cut up and cut the kids up. Phil is a racist and hates African Americans just to throw that out there. He also hires felons and drug addicts. Everyone that works there. Including the Co owner April. Phil is the only one there that does not do drugs what is a heavy alcoholic. I'm saying all this so you know the type of person you will be renting from if you use his service. I used to work for him I have never personally rented from him but if you read the other reviewsqq they are completely accurate
The best place I know to rent from, I have never had any problems.
