So far my experience with the Panama City Beach location has been FAR better than the other. I met with a different doctor Dr. Kelly Shay and I actually felt like I was being heard. I have been struggling with infertility and miscarriage for 5 years. I finally decided to take things into my own hands because NO ONE previously cared to do any kind of digging into WHY this kept happening. Also the staff here are SO friendly, which was a nice change. Hoping it stays this way.
Unfortunately, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. My prescriptions were sent incorrectly twice. The first time, I physically had to go into the office just to get the error corrected. I believed everything had finally been resolved, only to receive a call today informing me that the other pharmacy never received my prescription at all.
