I have called Emerald Coast several times, no one ever answers. They say they will get back to you by the end of the next day. Something has been going on with my eye off and on and I really just don’t understand why someone can’t check messages just in case somebody needs to be seen that day. Now I have to drive up there and wait for God knows how long, if they can see me at all. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I have never seen a place not answer the phone. Avoid this place at all costs.
Well unfortunately I had to downgrade my review and I really never like to do this but.. I think all the growth in the PCB area has diluted the personable service that this office used to offer. I didn't get a reminder that my eye exam was due and so when I called running short on contacts to get my exam there was no exam available for 3 months out. I understand certain medical guidelines have to be followed but telling me my only option was to wear glasses for months until I could get in on an eye exam was completely unacce... read more

I've been going here for years (almost 10) and Dr. Patterson is awesome! He spends time with you and listens, and makes sure that your satisfied and understands his recommendations. They are very accommodating as well when it comes to appointments. The only thing is the price of their contacts have went up a pretty good amount (as with everything I know). It stinks because now with online ordering it almost forces people like me to go online and order my contacts instead of being able to stay local. Lastly, the process of co... read more
