I unexpectedly needed a root canal while visiting the Emerald Coast! Was referred to Dr Bludau and received excellent service. Dr Bludau and the entire office staff were friendly and professional. And of course very important - the procedure was not painful and every step was explained to me beforehand by Dr Bludau and technician Nadia.

A women named Jenifer answered the phone she is INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. I took my service else where due to how unprofessional and rude this women is. She was so unprofessional that she even laughed at me and proceeded to make a rude remark and she even hung up the phone on me.

A woman named Jennifer answered the phone and was extremely rude. I was trying to ask her if they do 3D imaging at this location but she kept cutting me off saying she didn’t know who i was? She hung up on me. I called back again and she said i was harassing her and hung up again and said they don’t want my business. I suggest the owner go back and listen to the call. Poor customer service. Best wishes!
