A women named Jenifer answered the phone she is INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. I took my service else where due to how unprofessional and rude this women is. She was so unprofessional that she even laughed at me and proceeded to make a rude remark and she even hung up the phone on me.
A woman named Jennifer answered the phone and was extremely rude. I was trying to ask her if they do 3D imaging at this location but she kept cutting me off saying she didn’t know who i was? She hung up on me. I called back again and she said i was harassing her and hung up again and said they don’t want my business. I suggest the owner go back and listen to the call. Poor customer service. Best wishes!
Please be aware that this office IS NO LONGER in network with MetLife. They don't HONOR the negotiated fee as of 20th of July which we weren't told at the desk. Don't get me wrong Dr Bludau was excellent in regards to his work. Just be forewarned. We would've given 5 stars except for billing.
