Jenifer is awful. I have been a patient here before and was calling about making another appointment and quickly changed my mind due to the fact how rude Jenifer is she has no customer service skills and talks to customers anyway she wants and hung the phone up on me. I have seen other complaints about her and it seems no one cares to correct her because she is still the same way it’s like they don’t care about their customers and how they are treated. Doctor and assistant did a great job. I was scared but I didn’t feel any pain.
I have had 6 root canals performed by Dr. Bludau. Unfortunately, I faint when I am injected with lidocaine. Dr. Bludau and his assistants are wonderful and patient and gave me nitrous oxide until the injection was over with. The procedure itself has always been painless and easy. It is difficult to not fall asleep. :) The entire staff is wonderful and patient. I called to schedule an appointment for a referral that I had received. Front desk representative followed to tell me that if I have Tri-care that I would have to pay $170 out-of-pocket and then tri-care would reimburse me. I simply stated oh I did not know that they did that, and she replied that if you do not like it, then you can find somewhere else to go in a very condescending and snobby way …very rude and unprofessional
Had to get a root canal for the first time and was super nervous! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bludau and his assistant!! They made me feel very at ease and comfortable, not to mention the process was not nearly as painful or uncomfortable as I expected!! His assistant was super informative and such a nice person!! Highly recommend coming here to anyone!!
