The receptionist, Jennifer, was very warm and welcoming. The endodonic assistant, Cat, was very kind and knowledgeable. She will put all your anxiety to ease and walks you through every step of the way. The endodonist, Dr. Bludau ensured my root canal was very quick and painless as possible. Make sure you get all information from this place when booking. My dentist referred me to this rndodontist gir a root canal. I called the office and set up an appointment. They quoted me a little over $1500 which was fine. I showed up for the appointment and they checked me in, I went back fairly quickly and the dental assistant was very kind. They took an x-ray and explained what would happen next. They doctor came in for maybe 30 seconds, poked around a bit. Then told me the root canal was not my best option. All of this i... read more

Jenifer is awful. I have been a patient here before and was calling about making another appointment and quickly changed my mind due to the fact how rude Jenifer is she has no customer service skills and talks to customers anyway she wants and hung the phone up on me. I have seen other complaints about her and it seems no one cares to correct her because she is still the same way it’s like they don’t care about their customers and how they are treated.
