We had a great experience with Emerald Coast Boats. We first called and asked a few questions about vests for children, where we could go and if they can help us coordinate a captain for our trip. They provided great customer service and we then booked online which was easy and convenient. The boat was the perfect size for 11 of us (5 kids and 6 adults)! Overall excellent experience and we will definitely be using them again!
Brad and his wife were incredibly helpful and patient. Brad is super charismatic and it was a breeze to rent from them, it almost seemed fishy it was so easy!! White glove service for sure, we didn’t have to do anything other than get on and ride. The RIB boat planed across any choppy water with ease and is much faster than a pontoon boat would ever dream of being, 35 mph at 3/4 throttle easy. Brad, Michael and their crew did an excellent job getting us set up for several boats when we were in Sandestin recently. These boats are really fun to drive, very comfortable and were perfect for a day down at Crab Island. I highly recommend Emerald Coast Boats and know that we will all be coming back and booking with them again.
