This is the worst possible facility to be in. They are the equivalent of a puppy mill for mental health. The doctors outright lie in charts to protect themselves from thier own negligence. 15 minute bed checks where techs shine a light on you waking you. Being a PTSD veteran struggling and having been in other facilities and multiple years of the same diagnosis they added additional diagnoses that are contrary to a complete neurological psychological review, and 5 other doctors that had actually spent more than two or three ... read more
As a parent I beg of you DO NOT send your child to this place. My son who has never had a mental issue , or anything had a mental break down threatening to self-harm. He was baker acted to this place. After two hours of him being there I had not received a call and I was told that when he got there I would. I called and they told me that they were short staffed and had not got to him yet. I told them he was hungry, and I knew he would be cold, could they get him some food and a blanket.
