Rich was very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He did everything just as he said he would and didn’t try to upsell us services and parts we didn’t need. He also explained everything to us. I would definitely hire him again.
The ac unit in my condo went out so I contacted a reputable ac company to go out and have a look. They told me that I’d have to get the entire system replaced which would cost around 5 grand. I found emerald coast air conditioning in a google ad and decided to get a second opinion. They provided me with professional, certified, and reliable service that no other company could match. Outstanding Service! I recently had my 20+ year old air-conditioning system replaced by Emerald Cost for my vacation condo in Horizon South. I went to my condo just to meet some companies to get quotes. Rich came out and not only gave me a quote that was significantly better but also told me he could install it within the next 2 days. My new system was put in quickly. Rich is very professional and kept me informed along the way so I could see the progress and the quality job that he was doing. Highly recommend!
