Rich is the rude. Pay attention (I didn’t at first) to the 1 star reviews. Those are the best reviews to describe this company. I have never been talked to like this company talked to me. I was nice and professional when requesting Rich fix the unit he installed. The response I got was his promises to fix the unit, no show after appointment made and confirmed, and just plain rude. If I could give negative stars, I would. Please pay attention and don’t do business with this company.
Great company! They're fast, professional and very knowledgeable! I definitely recommend them for any a/c or heating issues or maintenance.
Rich was very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He did everything just as he said he would and didn’t try to upsell us services and parts we didn’t need. He also explained everything to us. I would definitely hire him again.
The ac unit in my condo went out so I contacted a reputable ac company to go out and have a look. They told me that I’d have to get the entire system replaced which would cost around 5 grand. I found emerald coast air conditioning in a google ad and decided to get a second opinion. They provided me with professional, certified, and reliable service that no other company could match.
