FYI the owner of this store ( and multiple locations) doesn't give his employees meal or rest breaks REQUIRED BY LAW. You expect your girls to work 8 hour shifts without stopping. You have 2-3 employees working at ay given time, you can afford to give them 10 minutes to at least eat. You drive around a Lambo and expensive 'compensating' truck, you can afford to give them a break. Been to your shop 4 times in a week. Half the staff wears their masks correctly, the other half are making smoothies just covering their mouths.. Noses out while making the smoothies. No glasses for the fogging up glasses excuse.
Been going there for almost 3 years now, the old employees are awesome and good service, myself and my husband goes there at least 2-3 times a week, for the past few weeks, they’ve been cheating they don’t even fill the smoothies for the amount you paid for, I’m not asking for over flowing but if you lift that paper cup you know that its not 32 oz, I’m to the point of stopping, I have friends in the military that I recommended the place too.
The Staff were helpful and courteous! Glad to have this business close to home. They have a large menu with lots of options for nutrition and fitness products.
I’ve been coming here for years to buy my supplements, then today I came in after a workout and there was a girl and boy (looked young). Never greeted when entered the store (continued watching football instead), never offered to help or ask if I’m looking for anything in particular, very rude, and stood there talking to each other the whole time and never acknowledged me or husband.
