Emailed Matthew Klein. No response. Called and they left a memo for him. No call back. House has been on the market over 4 months you think they’d want to sell to someone who is all cash no realtor.
This is now the 3rd property I have had interest in buying and can never get a call back to schedule a showing. Most likely because I am working with another agent and they dont want to have to split the commission. I have done the research and checked into these properties after closing and it has always been one sided.
