I recently had a ring repaired here. The young lady that helped me was great, she was very nice and knew what she was doing. She explained everything to me and showed me enlarged pictures on a computer screen. She really seemed to love her job and I was happy to get to meet her! She even cleaned my other ring while I was there!
The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; the jewelry is gorgeous! I highly recommend choosing Emerald City Jewelers!

Great first time experience working with ECJ. Very friendly and helpful in choosing a new diamond for my ring. Very quick turnaround time and all work done right there instead of be sent off.
Twice in the last few years I’ve been to Emerald city jewelers with different pieces of jewelry, that didn’t really amount to anything , but had sentimental value to me. They did beautiful work, And they were very friendly ! I can’t say how pleased I am with their service and results! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Took my daughter there to have a ring that was my grandmothers , made to fit her finger for her college graduation gift . They resized it and modified the height of the Ruby’s and diamonds . Sarah was very patient with us and very kind . She helped us with different ideas on how to change it to work on her finger . She took time with us and we didn’t feel rushed at all .
