The gentleman who helped us was awesome I never thought I'd find my perfect engagement ring and he helped us and then he had it sized within one hour for a special occasion I love Emerald City jewelers been there many times!!
If I could give them 10 stars I would. Excellent customer service. I came to them after I had surgery and my fingers swelled so much I had to literally cut the ring off my finger. They repaired my ring and rhodium dipped my bridal set. They completed the job in under 2 hours! Who does that?!? My rings look like they day I got them 13 yrs ago! They have a customer for LIFE! Mike and his team were amazing from the very beginning. They walked me through all of my options when it came to purchasing the perfect engagement ring and were very patient and did not pressure me at all like other jewelry store do. I got a fantastic deal and was able to get the perfect ring and I could not have done it without them. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a ring go see Mike and the team.
