The smoothies themselves are good and they taste like they use quality ingredients. That’s the positive. The rest of the experience is frustrating. Prices are high, and they don’t list prices for any of the smoothies on the menu board or anywhere else I could see. You only find out what it costs after you’ve ordered and it’s time to pay. Similar complaint as the other reviewer here. Smoothie - Great. That’s not the issue Transparency in Pricing: - Unlike other Emerald smoothie Stores, this particular store do not publish the price on the menu - you only know the price after billing - 24oz Mocha Bliss Smoothie costed $11.78 (after tax) in this store. - Same smoothie, Within 10 min drive to next store within Issaquah, king county (next to 24hr fitness) costs $9.37 after tax. This place is amazing. Clean & looking wonderful- have two tables with seats to wait for drinks. “The Emerald” with peanut butter add-on (free!) is amazing, got my protein for the day.
Best costumer service ever Lauren one of the workers is the best!! Also the smoothies are so good
