The staff very lovingly took care of my beloved dog during her final hours. In the process, they also took care of me. I thank them for their compassion toward me and my puppy. Their understanding helped me through one of the worst evenings I've ever experienced. Should you ever need urgent care for your pet, I highly recommend this clinic.

Last night my husband and I brought in our 17-yr-old white cat in distress. He was put down after exam. I want to thank you and the staff for being so kind and gentle in handling the situation. We buried him under a tree this afternoon. Thank you for being there when we needed you.

By early Saturday morning, I knew my dog was worse than ever, and I took her to EC Emergency Clinic. The assistant was so thoughtful a... read more

Honest professionals – Our one year old Border terrier decided to chase a cat under the wheels of a car - the cat escaped but dog was rolled over by a car wheel. We went to Emerald City as the dog began deteriorating (wheezing, glassy eyed, incontinent). Over the next couple of days they took care of the dog through the critical period when it was not clear whether or not she would live or die. She lived, and in the end my impression was that although they were not coddling, they were honest, competent, professional, and com... read more
