Don't recommend coming here. I was hired to be a personal trainer here and told them when I first interviewed that because of my own business I was only going to be available part time to which they said that won't be a problem fast forward a couple weeks and they would either cancel my shifts the day before or I would drive down to only be told that I didn't have to be there. I've been a trainer for almost 10 years and have never been treated more unprofessionally than I was here!
My partner and I were members for nearly two years, and to be honest, we did enjoy the actual facilities. However, the management of the Columbia City location is an absolute embarrassment. We had plans to move out of state, and as such, submitted two separate requests to cancel our memberships as required by the contract we signed. I received a confirmation email; my partner did not. In my opinion, this is the worst gym I have ever attended. They do not care at all about their customers and would do anything to manipulate you and scam you. This is the first gym that would charge customers during the lockdown as well as the worst economic crisis we have ever had. Their staff is extremely racist, transphobic and homophobic.
