They have taken very good care of my furry son for 15 years and eased him across the Rainbow Bridge on Christmas Eve of 2024. Dr. Watkins and staff was very caring and compassionate. Now we have a new furry son and there is no where else we would take him for vet care. Excellent facilities in house and excellent staff from the moment you enter.
THE STAFF SHOWS CARING AND KINDNESS TO PETS. THEIR SERVICES TO MY BEAGLE WAS OUTSTANDING. AND SHOWED A TOP QUALITY OF MEDICAL CARE! THE DOCTORS ARE CARING AND GIVE EXCELLENT MEDICAL CARE.
I appreciate the care and attention y'all gave my dog and his injured foot. I do not appreciate the inflated prices. It appears that I was charged for an entire bottle of lidocaine when a small injection under the skin was delivered. The charge to shave and clean a small area of the wound was also excessive. As much as I appreciate the care, I cannot afford it for my two dogs.
We sincerely appreciate the care our old cat received at Emerald City Animal Hospital.
