Wow, what a difference between a business run by the owner, and a company that sends an employee to do the work. Cameron is so much thorough with how he approaches different areas of the house, with extra soaking, attention to furniture, recommendations for better carpet care, etc. The quality of his work is immaculate, he is trustworthy and communication as well as punctuality is excellent, we will be using his services in the future for sure. Pricing is fair too.
This is my second time using Emerald Carpet Cleaning. Cameron did a thorough and high-quality cleaning of our carpets. He previously *dramatically* improved our 10 year old couch, spending a ton of time to get out all the staining. We look forward to working with him again. Strongly recommend!
