I am confused by the other email. My experience with Emem was very positive. She is from Nigeria and is very cheerful, friendly and chatty. I did have to get her back on track, but she was very interested in my issues, studied my history on the computer and had no problem ordering the MRI I requested. Her nurse is efficient and friendly. I would recommend Optum in Rio Rancho.
Do not go to her. She doesn't listen to the patent and give them what they need. They are awful at communicating what is going on. It takes over a month and at least 6 phone calls back and forth to be told you can't get what you need because of screw ups on their end. People like her should not be allowed to practice medicine.
