Horrendous excuse for a provider. Traumatized me and my family and subjected my newborn daughter who was just released from the NICU to a million tests in an inpatient pediatric unit that resulted to nothing. I have heard my baby cry and scream more in that 24 hour period than I would hope to ever hear her cry in my entire life. If we had more money we would 1000% be pursuing legal counsel.
