I have lived here for 3 months now, and it is quite, my neighbors in my building are friendly, and will help you if they see that you need it. I was without heat and it was getting cold, when the maintence man came around with pest control he noticed it was chilly and said something is not right and he fixed the problem. The lady in the office is very friendly and I appreiciate Emeis Park Apartments because they have a list that keeps the bad people from coming to visit. this is becoming a great complex, much better place to live than it was a few years ago! brought in new management who is really cleaning the place up and taking it out of the "project" slump that so many complexes with affordable housing inevitably manage to get themselves into. a lot of great tenants who care about their community live here too. great job emeis, keep up the good work! as a former tenant, who only moved due to the purchase of my first home, I would definitely recommend this property!
