Modern Dental Concepts in Media, PA The recpetionists are very rude and not considerate of your concerns. The wait time is ridiculous. I had an appointment today for 1:00 during my lunch. At 1:10 I walked up to the desk and said, "are you behind today, I am on my lunch break". She replied with "You should of told us that". Like that would of mattered. I then walked back up ten minutes later and the other recpetionist said "you only have been waiting 15 minutes". That was the icing on the cake...Needless to say they are no lo... read more
Avoid this place at all costs Terrible customer service - the wait is at least an hour. I have had two times where they never called my name and when I went to the desk, I was told that they messed up and I'd have to reschedule!
