My first appointment yesterday was great! Dr. is happy, knowledgeable and thorough with a fun sense of humor. I am so happy my friend referred me to him!!
Waiting 1:30 for nothing. Rude staff.
Fiasco. Trouble with communication with referring doctor (not sure who dropped that ball) 90 minutes late for appointment. Doc ordered tests that insurance company declined and told me it was up to me to appeal. Insurance company said the appeal needs to come from the doctor. Unprofessional.
Great doctor but wait time generally 1-2 hours.
Dr Eme Igbokwe is great, but unfortunately his office staff is horrible. They will NOT call you back, even about medication. They rarely even answer the phone and leaving a message gets you nowhere. They’re RUDE and act like they could careless. This is very unfortunate considering how sick most of the patients are that he treats. I only saw him once and cancelled my 2nd appointment, because of his staff. I’ve never rated anyone on line, but felt compelled to do so in this situation.
