Absolutely terrible experience. EME installed a damaged commercial rooftop unit which then had to be reinstalled when water started pouring through the ceiling. Had to come back to install the economizer I paid extra for which should have been part of the original work. Limped the unit along with warranty work for switches that were broken before delivery, then replaced several times throughout the warranty period, only to put their hand out for more cash immediately as soon as the warranty expired with another catastrophic ... read more
