We will never bring a vehicle back to Experience Matters and will never recommend this place. I brought my car here based on the excellent reviews we saw on Google. Unfortunately, our experience was more like the 1 star reviews and not the 5 star reviews. After leaving our vehicle with them for 24+ hours, we were highly disappointed. Provide a better clean. Interior smelled after clean, and didn't even smell before. So much my 3 year old son told me when I got it back he didn't want to ride in it.
Awful! I shouldn’t have to come home and spend an hour cleaning the interior of my car when good money was spent to have my car detailed. Rip off! Worst gift ever!!!
Horrible experience. The interior of car is worse than when we took it to them. Owner apologized and offered to make it right but why give them another 4-5 hours to clean up the mess they made. Owner should have offered immediate refund. This place is just terrible. Stay far away.

RecommendedTook my husbands truck as a treat for him and loved the work! Hasn’t been cleaned in a while and it looks amazing now. Did have a strong cleaner smell but I’m sensitive to that and it’s dissipated after leaving the windows open for the afternoon. Very satisfied and we will be back- great service and very decently priced!

I took my wifes car for a heavy treatment for the insides. $89.00... nice customer service.But yesterday must been an off day. Because we had to check-out our car 5 times for easy errors and found the spare tire area nasty as well. Gentlemen was kool about going back and forth but we spent way to much time/money on the errors for the price. For my local service members , if u pick this shop be careful...

First of all i want to clear up the be careful of our business comment not necessary we are a family business that takes pride in making our customers satisfied in our service as you can tell in our reviews no we are not perfect and we do have off days that is why we have our detailers go over ever car to try to make sure our quality is what it should be and our customers are happy with our service .
