From the very nice gal at the front desk to everyone of the guys detailing at the shop, all I can say is that they went over and beyond my expectations. So much I could write about my positive experience with this shop but all I can say is that they stand behind their word. Very professional at what they do and pay close attention to every detail. I can't explain how impressed we were with Experience Matters Detailing! From the moment we pulled onto their property everyone was helpful, explained what they would be doing and about how long it would take. When we got the phone call that our Honda was done we went to pick it up and the condition of the car was like brand new. These guys are great! We loaned our vehicle out for a while and when we got it back it was trashed. I attempted to clean it myself but was so overwhelmed I didn't know where to start. I took it these people and it looks amazing! Really happy I found them:)
Leaving for extended trip tomorrow, & wanted the interior seats, carpets, & glass cleaned on GMC Sierra Duramax -- hadn't been detailed since getting it from used dealer over a year past, so it was dirty. Pulled in to their business at approx. 1630 (no appointment & they close at 1800), explained the situation, & Dana agreed to do it. I took my Armada in for the full detail job yesterday - I've been so busy and do so much driving it hadn't been washed in several months. I also had some water marks on my seats that were there from last year's playing in the snow and I had tried several times with different products to get the stains out with no success. I can't believe how fantastically clean it is now!! The only time it had even been this clean before was when I bought it! AND, the water stains are GONE....truly amazing job! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
