This is the most amazing place! I was on the fence of if the therapy was right for me, but as soon as I walked in, it was so welcoming and calm and not clinical at all! My therapist is amazing and I couldn’t imagine doing this anywhere else!

This is the place to go to for EMDR. The space is great. It doesn't feel medical at all, more like a luxury home. Very quiet and comfortable, and the bowl of chocolates is a nice touch. I honestly didn't expect to get much out of the first visit, but we managed to connect a childhood experience to some habits and thought patterns that haven't been serving me lately.
