I am disappointed with my experience with Emco Plumbing. They supplied not one, but two defective heat pump water heaters to my installer—both confirmed faulty immediately upon installation. These units cost over $2,700 wholesale and were under full warranty, yet failed out of the box. This has created a significant hardship and inconvenience for my household. I expected better quality control and accountability from a reputable supplier.

Called 20 minutes before closing on a Friday evening and the two guys working the counter stayed a few minutes past closing to help me out and get me the hotwater tank that I needed for a client. Highly recommended Emco for all of your plumbing needs!
