Great friendly staff, excellent customer service. They really went above and beyond to help determine what parts were needed to fix my bathroom sink. The guy at the front wearing a kc jersey smelt like beer but it was the day after super-bowl Sunday. He was extremely helpful in teaching me how to correct some issues I was having. Prices were great, after all it is a Emco 😉 That Charters guy is also a beaut. Will return when I need premium plumbing supplies and plumbing accessories.
