I had some trouble with my shower temperature diverter; I went to the big stores but the assembly is discontinued already and needed to be ordered from the manufacturer. Tyler assisted me with a smile and gave me the parts I needed. Problem solved.
Excellent plumbing part selection. Helped me out getting parts today that the box stores didn't sell. I would be wise to head here first next time.
