I made several appointments to get my blood test done at this drive-thru location recently in March of 2023. The only employee there stated that their system is down and has been down for a month. The only reason I kept on making appointments is because they are the only ones around here that are open after 3pm. I've never had problems in the past but the lady working there looks sketchy and management should look into it. I had to drive all the way to Scottsdale to get my blood test done.
No longer takes insurance or is free and you don't get notified until you show up.
Terrible experience! Took an appointment and waited for 30 minutes for a blood test .. they couldn't get a match with the doctor name and told us to go somewhere else
